Product Introduction:
LHS series steam boiler is an oil-fired gas boiler, which adopts fully automatic burners with good technical performance as the main combustion equipment. The combustion program of the burner is controlled by a more advanced combustion program controller, which can realize various functions necessary for normal combustion of the boiler, and can automatically implement protective shutdown in normal state, accident state and extraordinary situation. It is equipped with corresponding water level controller and pressure regulator to realize high and low water level indication, overpressure indication and regulation, to ensure that the water level fluctuates within the normal range, the steam pressure is within the allowable pressure fluctuation range, and to realize protective stop indication when the water level is extremely low or overpressure occurs.
Product Advantages:
(1) The use of horizontal water pipes and an economizer solves the problem of low efficiency and high exhaust temperature of vertical boilers.
(2) The use of horizontal water pipes eliminates the disadvantage of ash accumulation in the smoke pipes of fire tube boilers.
(3) The structure is compact. Compared with the same type of boilers, the external dimensions are small, saving the investment in boiler room infrastructure. The boiler heats up and has the characteristics of improving the thermal efficiency of the passage.

Electric control cabinet adopts PLC touch screen, display in English. It shows working condition details of boiler, such as water temperature, water pressure, exhaust gas temperature, and over-pressure alarm, etc. In addition, the cabinet is used for set up the parameter, record and analyze the operation data, etc.
