Working principle:
Electric heating boilers use metal tubular electric heaters to heat water so that electrical energy is directly converted into heat energy (to produce hot water or steam). The body structure of the electric heating boiler is relatively simple, the electric heating tube is connected by triangle method, a number of electric heating tubes are connected into a group, the external face mask has a nozzle, installed on the flange to connect with the external electrical equipment, the electric heating tube group has an electric heating shield, the heating process of the medium is all completed in the cylinder, there is no need to arrange the pipeline. A water inlet, a hot water (or steam) outlet, a safety valve, a pressure gauge, a wiring panel and a blowdown valve are arranged on the simplified part.
