Equipment Overview:
The softener is a sodium ion exchanger, which is composed of an ion exchange pressure vessel (or ion exchange column), a sodium type positive resin, a multi-way valve and a salt box regeneration system.
The shell of the ion exchange column (device) is generally made of hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC), hard polyvinyl chloride composite glass (PVC-FRP), Plexiglass (PMMA), plexiglass composite transparent glass steel (PMMA-FRP), steel liner (JR), stainless steel liner and other materials.
Conditions of use:
1. Working pressure: 0.2-0.6MPa
2. Raw water hardness: ≤6mmol/L(if raw water hardness >6mmol/L, lime softening should be used first)
3. Raw water temperature: 5℃-50℃
4. Power source: AC220V, 50Hz; Power: 10-40W
5. Water hardness: ≤0.03mmol/L
