Product introduction:
The boiler is a double-barrel vertical gas boiler, which is composed of five parts: furnace assembly, furnace outlet connecting flue, convection-tube bundle assembly, convection-tube outlet connecting flue and energy saver assembly. The boiler furnace assembly adopts a full-film water wall structure, mainly composed of the left and right membrane water wall of the furnace and the upper and lower header, the front and back water wall of the furnace and the upper and lower header. Convective tube bundle assembly is composed of upper and lower tube, convective tube bundle, left and right membrane type water cooling wall; The energy saver assembly is composed of an inlet and outlet header and an energy saver bundle.
A burner is arranged in the front wall of the boiler furnace. The natural gas enters the boiler furnace through the burner and burns, and the high-temperature flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the chimney after passing through the convection tube bundle and energy saver in turn.
Product characteristics:
1. The furnace of the boiler is provided with an inspection hole, which provides great convenience for use and maintenance. Explosion-proof doors are provided on the top of the furnace.
2. Using high thermal resistance material as insulation layer, good thermal insulation performance.
3. The tail is arranged with energy saver and condenser, which can effectively control the exhaust temperature and the boiler has high thermal efficiency.
