Product introduction:
The boiler model YLW-1900MA is a liquid phase horizontal chain grate organic heat carrier furnace. The lower part of the furnace is composed of the chain grate and the furnace wall. The upper part of the furnace is provided with square box coil, snake tube and ceiling coil, and the square box coil, snake tube, ceiling coil, middle arch and furnace wall constitute three return combustion paths. The organic heat carrier furnace is composed of square box coil, snake tube, ceiling coil, chain grate, furnace wall, steel frame, frame and outer cover, chimney, smoke duct, instrument valve and accessories.
Product characteristics:
1, different fuel adaptability
The combustion equipment and the upper furnace body are designed separately, and the furnace structure can be designed separately according to the different properties of solid fuel.
2. High degree of grate automation
The grate of this structure is a fully automatic chain grate.
3, square coil combustion chamber
The combustion chamber of the boiler is composed of the chain grate and the front and back arch, the fuel combustion space is sufficient, the combustion is complete, and the thermal efficiency is high.
4, the best coil design
The radiation section is made of square plate pipe, and the convection section is made of snake pipe. The heating surface pipe has good thermal expansion performance, low stress, safety and reliability.
5. Optimal process design
Flue gas three return, the medium flows through the convection, radiation coil, uniform flow rate, safe and stable operation.
