Product introduction:
YYQW series organic heat carrier furnace is a horizontal coil structure heating equipment. It is mainly composed of the body and the combustion chamber. The high temperature flue gas generated by the combustion of natural gas enters the body and exchanges heat with the organic heat carrier in the coil by means of radiation heat transfer and convective heat transfer. The closed circuit forced circulation of the organic heat carrier system is realized by the circulating oil pump, and the heat carrier obtained in the body serves as the heat source to supply the heat equipment. The thermal insulation layer is made of materials with low thermal conductivity, and the furnace wall is made of lightweight concrete, which reduces the loss of q5 and reduces the dead weight of the boiler.
