Product introduction:

The DZL type chain grate boiler is a horizontal three-return water-fire tube mixed boiler, in which a bunch of threaded smoke pipe is arranged in the barrel. The left and right sides of the furnace are equipped with light tube water cooling walls. The light chain grate is used to realize mechanical coal feeding, equipped with blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and equipped with scraper slagging machine for automatic slagging. The front and rear arches of the furnace adopt a new energy-saving technology. The fuel falls from the coal hopper to the grate, enters the furnace and burns, and the flame passes through the rear arch refraction to turn upward through the burning chamber on both sides of the body to the front smoke box, then returns to the inner tube bundle of the pot from the front smoke box, enters the economizer through the rear smoke box, and then exhausts to the atmosphere by the induced fan through the flue to the chimney.
