Product Introduction:
WDR type horizontal electrically heated steam boiler adopts PLC (programmable logic controller) control, through the new electric heating element arrangement and combination of heating mode, to realize the efficient conversion of energy and provide high quality saturated steam. The separation of the furnace body and electric control cabinet avoids the heat aging of the electrical components and affecting the service life. Each group of electric heating elements of the boiler is connected by centralized bundled flange and set independently, which has the features of simple structure, high mechanical strength, safety and reliability, easy replacement and long service life.
Boiler characteristics:
1.Full-automatic intelligent control technology, no need to be manned. Flexible working mode, can be set to manual or automatic mode.
2. the controller on the pressure of automatic control, calculation, tracking, can be in the load change on the water supply pump, electric heating tube for automatic start-stop control, but also can be manually controlled.
3. with a full range of protection functions, leakage protection, water shortage protection, grounding protection, steam overpressure protection, overcurrent protection, power protection, etc., the boiler is automatically protected, safe to home.
4.the boiler body is made of boiler pressure vessel steel plate, furnace body longitudinal, annular welds are automatically welded, and X-ray flaw detection, small boiler furnace body, electromechanical integration, easy to install and mating; large boiler furnace body and electronic control of the split design to eliminate the electrical control part of the furnace body of the high temperature, to ensure the stability of the operation of the electronic control devices.
