Product introduction:
ZKS series hot water boiler adopts the flue gas three-return method, and adopts the wet back vacuum hot water boiler, the boiler shell adopts the round furnace body and square gas chamber method, the flue gas pipe layout is reasonable, the combustion is full, the flue gas flow is smooth, the exhaust temperature is reduced, and the efficiency of the whole machine is improved. The high-temperature flue gas produced by combustion, after a total of three returns of one furnace return and two smoke pipe return, the temperature is greatly reduced, and the hot medium water surrounds the furnace and the periphery of the smoke pipe, and the heat transfer effect of the furnace and the smoke pipe is good.

1, boiler fault alarm and protection
Burner off
If the burner can not be ignited normally for various reasons, the control system can immediately turn off the burner, ring the alarm and prompt "burner flame out", after the fault is removed, it can be restored to normal work.
2. The temperature sensor is faulty
When the outlet temperature sensor is short-circuited or disconnected, the control system shuts off the burner, rings the alarm and prompts "outlet temperature sensor fault". After the fault is removed, it can be restored to normal operation.
When the heat medium water temperature sensor is short circuit or open, the control system closes the burner, rings the alarm and prompts "heat medium water temperature sensor fault", after the fault is removed, it can be restored to normal work.
When the flue temperature sensor is short circuit or open, the control system rings the alarm and prompts "flue temperature sensor fault".
3. The pressure sensor is faulty
When the heat medium water pressure sensor is short circuit or open, the control system closes the burner, rings the alarm and prompts "heat medium water pressure sensor fault", after the fault is removed, it can be restored to normal work.
4, heat medium water overtemperature protection
When the heat medium water temperature exceeds the set overtemperature temperature, the control system immediately turns off the power supply of the corresponding controlled equipment, the sound and light alarm, and the screen displays the fault "heat medium water temperature overtemperature" and the current heat medium water temperature. After the fault is removed, it can work again after a reset.
5. Water shortage protection
When the water level of the heat medium in the pot is lower than the low water level of the alarm, it enters the chain and gives an audible and visual alarm. The fault displays "Boiler water level Ultra low limit". After the fault is removed, it can work again after a reset.
